Restacity is an online platform that enables users to order food for delivery or pickup from participating restaurants. Restacity connects users with independent restaurants and facilitates the ordering and payment process.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or registering an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to restaurant acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made using the methods provided on the platform.
Restacity charges a service fee per order, which may be included in the restaurant's pricing.
Each restaurant is responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery (if applicable) of the food.
Any complaints or issues with food should be directed to the restaurant directly, although Restacity may assist in resolving disputes.
Orders may not be canceled once confirmed unless the restaurant agrees.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to restaurant policies and platform discretion.
