At Restacity, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, it’s important to understand the nature of our service.

1. Platform Responsibility

Restacity is not a restaurant and does not prepare or deliver food. We provide an online platform for customers to place orders directly with restaurants. As such, the restaurant you order from is responsible for food quality, preparation, delivery, and refund decisions.

2. Refund Requests

If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing item, late delivery, poor quality), you can contact us via our support channels. We will communicate with the restaurant on your behalf and do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

3. No Direct Liability

Restacity is not directly liable for issuing refunds unless explicitly agreed upon by the restaurant. We can only process a refund after obtaining the restaurant’s approval.

4. Dispute Resolution

We strive to act as a fair mediator between the customer and the restaurant. In many cases, we successfully help resolve refund issues through cooperation. However, the final decision on any refund rests with the restaurant.
